In a scenario where data is not being synchronized from source to target the following error event may be received on the server where the agent is installed:
This issue is due to a corrupted install of the legacy agent and the error will be shown continuously throughout the application event log of the server where the agent is installed on.
To resolve this issue reinstall the agent by following this process:
1. Stop all Migration Manager agents running on this server.
2. Ensure there are no PST/PRV files under Mail Source Agent / Mail Transmission Agent / PF Agents. Move them out temporarily.
3. Uninstall all legacy agents from this server.
4. Uninstall Shared components.
5. Install Shared components and then agents.
6. Move the files back (which were moved out in step 2)
7. Commit Changes on all the sync jobs.
