Resolution
Always provide the following with a support ticket even if it is informal
eFog / vFog version
Is the Fglam embedded or external
Cartridge version
Other cartridges installed
Which cartridge is collecting host metrics
Windows version on the target host experiencing the collection failure, including sp level
Exchange version on the target host experiencing the collection failure, including sp level
A good description of which metrics are missing. Users have a tendency to exaggerate what is missing because they are frustrated or to expedite help. It is not helpful to have an inaccurate list or an ‘everything’ or ‘nothing’ statement. Please try to narrow it down.
A description of what steps have been taken to resolve the issue
