Description
The CPU, Avg CPU Load, Total RAM information are missing in RAC monitoring (i.e., those sections are in gray).

Resolution
Make sure the "Monitor OS" is checked.
1. From Spotlight, disconnect from the RAC connection in question.
2. Pull up the Connection Manager buy clicking on the plug icon.
3. Go to your RAC section and right-click on RAC connection and choose Properties.
4. In the Server Connection Details, check Monitor OS and fill in the appropriate server info.
