Resolution

Versions 9 and higher
1. Go to the menu View | Toad Options:
2. From the left panel: Editor | Display , on the right panel: In the Gutter & Margin Section: Uncheck "Visible Right Margin"

Versions 12.7 and higher

1. Go to the menu View | Toad Options:
2. From the left panel: Editor | Display , on the right panel: Change 'Edge Mode' to 'None'
