Foreign key data field in the Data Grid does not pull up the table it references (or the look up
Description

Table COUNTRIES has a foreign key (REGION_ID) to table REGION. When I clicked on any REGION_ID data field form the Data Grid of COUNTRIES, it does NOT pull up an ellipsis box that opens up the REGION table for me to select data.
Cause

Oracle client too old. Oracle 8i clients may cause this.
Resolution

If you are not running an Oracle 8i server, try upgrading your Oracle client to Oracle 10g or above.
