Where to enter the instance number for connection to the SAP Hana Express Edition? -
Resolution
SAP Hana Express is a multiple-containers database. The SAP Note: 1592925 states that the ports 5$$13/5$$14 and 3$$15 should be open to allow communication between the HANA Studio (or any other client) and the HANA database where $$ must be replaced by the Instance Number.
For connection to the system database (the default) of SAP Hana Express 2.0, please use the configuration bellow. Replace the Host with your host address. If it does not work, please try "00" as the Instance Number.
