User tries to login into database though Quest Central for DB2 or DB2 Command Windows then gets error: SQL30082N Attempt to establish connection failed with security reason "24" ("USERNAME AND/OR PASSWORD INVALID").
It is the third party issue so please contact IBM for support case.
It happened on cluster environment.
