What is the name of the table and column that stores the value of the issue age field that appears in the Windows Layout for issues?
There is actually no “Age” field in any table in the HDA (Help Desk Authority) database. HDA calculates the age of open issues by subtracting the issue received date from the current date and for closed issues, by subtracting the received date from the resolved date, then populates the age Textbox during the startup process.
The issue received date and issue resolved date values are stored in the ISSUE table in columns named “IS_RECEIVED_DATETIME” and "IS_RESOLVED_DATETIME" respectively.
