Toad for Oracle Suite crashes with following errors
ExecutePackageComplete returned error code [0x80070643].
ExecuteComplete returned error code [0x80070643].
ApplyComplete returned error code [0x80070643].
Try installation with separated MSI packages for each tool in bundle (download "MSI (Special Installation Only)" version).
If this does not help for SQL Optimizer for Oracle, try to find the registry:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Classes\Wow6432Node\CLSID\{B54F3741-5B07-11cf-A4B0-00AA004A55E8}
Rename it to:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Classes\Wow6432Node\CLSID\{B54F3741-5B07-11cf-A4B0-00AA004A55E8}_backup
And try installation SQL Optimizer MSI package again.
