Description
Upon completing replication to a Domain Controller from the Desktop Authority Manager, the 3rd line is blank with 0% completion. The netlogon and sysvol replication to the single DC that you are replicating to appear, but there is a 3rd “phantom” line.

Cause
The slsrvmgr.ini file is corrupted. There could also be misconfiguration of the Deployment Settings | Server Manager | Replication Options, “Default Computer management replication target location”. -
Resolution
Close the Desktop Authority Manager and on the DA (Desktop Authority) server, rename the C:\Program Files\ScriptLogic\Desktop Authority Manager\slsrvmgr.ini file to slsrvmgr.OLD.
Open the Desktop Authority Manager and go to server options. Re-Add all of your Domain Controllers or “Discover” them.
Verify the default settings for Deployment Settings | Server Manager | Replication Options, “Default Computer Management replication target location”. Default settings should be:
“SYSVOL\$FullyQualifiedDomainName\Policies\Desktop Authority\Device Policy Master”.
Make changes if necessary and “Replicate”. If this does not completely resolve the issue, Contact Support for immediate assistance.
