Description
When trying to register an agent manually the following error occurs:
"Cannot register InTrust agent under new name 'xyz' on the InTrust server 'XXXXXX'. ADC Error: Invalid data packet recieved (0x8adc2c0c)"

Resolution
This error usually means that the platform where the agent is being installed is not supported. Check the system requirements in the InTrust System Requirements document link on the URL below:
