Return Code 53 'The network path was not found.' (4267146)

Return Code 53 is listed in the trace file when trying to map a drive.

This is a Windows error code.

The information associated with this return code is "The network path was not found."

This message is most commonly associated with attempting to map to a resource that cannot be located or does not exist.  This error may be generated if the share was created but the user was not given sufficient permission to access the share or there are unrecognized characters in the unc path.  The easiest method to troubleshoot this issue is to copy the drive mapping path and paste it on the Start, Run line and hit enter.  Once the user can access the path thru Windows, Desktop Authority should be able to map the drive.
