Session Browser displays "Chinese" characters -
Description
Using the "Session Browser" option in TOAD does not display correct characters. Numbers and dates seem to display fine but most of the other text is not readable.
For example, the column "Module" contains the following values:
䙆䵔摀ぢ㔰⠠乔⁓ㅖ嘭⤳
while "OS User" contains the following value:
灡汰杭r
