Description
The SID History agent is installed on my Domain Controller, even though SID History is not set to synchronize.
The following appears in the DSA.LOG
"Error 0xe1100012. Cannot initialize Migration Agent on host "DomainController.Domainname"
Error 0x80070005. Access is denied."

Cause
The SID History agent is responsible for the synchronization of SID History and is also responsible for setting the "PwdLastSet" attribute on each domain. Therefore, even though SID History isn't being synchronized or migrated during a migration session, if password synchronization is performed, this agent is required.

Resolution
Skipping password and SID History synchronization will prevent the agent from installing.
