Installing Big Brother 4.20. The following error is received:
Click OK for few times, follows with the error below
[1] "The value for the attribute is not valid: progid" usually occurs if FSO keys (File system object keys) are either missing / corrupt, or the user that you are logged in as does not have the appropriate permissions.
[2] Windows Script Host error C:\program files\quest\bb\bbntd\4.20\install\start_or_not.vbs line 5, char1, activex component cant create object wscript.shell, code 800A01AD, source microsoft vbscript runtime error. This error occurs if the script is unable to initialize an ActiveX object (in this case the Wscript.Shell object) during runtime.
[1] Look at the following keys and make sure that they are correct.
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{0D43FE01-F093-11CF-8940-00A0C9054228}
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Scripting.FileSystemObject
[2] Follow these steps only if you're receiving the 800A01AD error for Wscript.Shell component. For any other ActiveX object, the following steps does not apply:
Click Start, Run and type:
* regsvr32 wshom.ocx
* regsvr32 scrrun.dll
