User cannot display the OUTPUT WINDOW if in SCREEN LAYOUT 0.

User selects SCREEN LAYOUT 0.
Clicks on SHOW OUTPUT icon.
No OUTPUT WINDOW is displayed.
The icon shows that it has been depressed.
OUTPUT WINDOW is not listed under the WINDOW main menu heading if under SCREEN LAYOUT 0 .

Open up the REGISTRY and drill to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Quest Software\SQL Navigator (version_number)\Docking Windows\Layout0\4
On the right side find the keys and modify the values to the following :

OriginalHeight : d8

OriginalWidth: 1f8

Width: 500

Close the registry, and see if the problem persists.

If it does, continue with the following:

1. Launch SQL Nav
2. Tick Layout 0 as current
3. Check whether Output icon is present in Main Toolbar. If not reset Toolbar.
4. Close session and open it again
5. Check Output

Screen Layouts are stored in REGISTRY in HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Quest Software\SQL Navigator (version_number)\Docking Windows,
The simplest way to restore defaults would be to delete Docking Windows from REGISTRY and re-launch SQL Nav.
