Exportidle/could not start. The following error is reported:

System call error: No such file or directory ERR rim_load open failure

pid]
Notice: Unable to load routing spec rv=x rim_load(xxxx,x)

Cause 1: System crash

Cause 2: RS*.x file deleted from rim directory

RESOLUTION 1:

1) Shutdown SharePlex
2) Restart SharePlex

RESOLUTION 2:

If the RS file is missing then activation needs to be performed to generate a new RS file.

1) activate the Shareplex to create the new correct routing spec. and this will create new routing spec in rim directory. This will increase the activation id+1.
For example base on the event_log on problem description section:
/u002/vardir/rim/RS.40447af4.47

2)Shutdown Shareplex and copy this routing spec to missing routing spec.

3) Start Shareplex

This resolves the routing issue for the read and export process and then the messages start to follow through.
