MAC Address is not retained when creating VMware Linked Clones
Description
When a linked clone is created, VMware assigns a MAC address. But when VDI is deleted and created again with the same name, VMware assigns a new mac address
Cause
This behavior is normal for VMware
Resolution
VMware management is trying to keep machines' MAC addresses unique. Thus, even if VDI is recreated with the same name - it'll receive a new MAC address.
