"Permissions level cannot be found" error during migration. -
Description
The following error "Permissions level cannot be found" could be returned when doing a migration with Map ACL user or Map ACL groups or Preserve Created/Modified identities options selected.

Cause
User Type is set to Unspecified in Database level permission for the problem user/group. Notes Migrator cannot identify whether this is a user object or a group therefore cannot migrate.

Resolution
1. Open your database in Lotus Notes Client.
2. Navigate to File | Database | Access Control List
3. Find an object whose User Type is set to Unspecified
4. Specify User Type for this object
