Event ID 107 "Report Server Windows Service (MSSQLSERVER) cannot connect to the report server database".

Cause
The issue is with the connections to the SQL Database. -
Resolution
Go to Services. msc and make sure all the services for the SQL Server Database engine and Reporting Services are in the running state.
