Return Code 10 "The environment is incorrect." is recorded to the sltrace file.
This message is most commonly associated with adding printers and more specifically points to a problem with a printer or a printer driver on the server itself.
Try adding the printer manually on the workstation. It is also recommended to attempt to recreate the printer and/or to reinstall the drivers on the server.
To MANUALLY Test adding of printer and determine if there is a system problem:
Take the \\servername\printer that you specified for the Desktop Authority Printer element, copy and paste it into the START |RUN command, and hit “Enter”. The printer should be added to computer and come up. If it does not, there is an Active Directory, Server, Network, or possible PC issue occurring.
