Sybase agent causing timeslice errors
Description

Sybase application is having issues resulting to timeslice errors. Monitoring the monLocks table seems to be causing the issue.
Cause

Sybase issue when accessing monLocks table for monitoring.
Resolution
MDA table like monLocks are SAP Sybase tables which the Foglight for Sybase agent monitors. If there is a problem accessing these tables, please raise it with SAP.
In the interim, you can disable the following monitoring parameters in the Sybase agent:
1. Administration | Agents | Agent Status | Edit Sybase agent
2. Edit "Performance Monitoring" secondary property
3. Uncheck the Collect option for the following:
  1. Locks
  2. UsersBlocked
  3. Resourcesinuse
4. Save the changes and deactivate/activate the agent
