Initial synchronization fails, DSA log contains "Error 0x8007000e. Not enough storage is availabl (4262161)

DSA log contains the errors:

Target JobID:0 -> object was not modified due to error
Common JobID:0 -> Error 0x8007000e. Not enough storage is available to complete this operation.
Target JobID:0 -> Handlers Manager started the point: FAILED_MODIFICATION

Initial sync does not complete.

The following is seen in the DSA.LOG file

Feedback Handler gave preference to the Source on attribute: nTSecurityDescriptor
Feedback Handler gave preference to the Source on attribute: adminDisplayName
Feedback Handler gave preference to the Source on attribute: adminDescription

As a troubleshooting step try to skip the attribute nTSecurityDescriptor from migration/synchronization.

1. Right Click Synchronization and select Properties
2. select Advanced Options,
3. Click attributes to skip
4. Click Show Advanced Attributes
5. Check the checkbox next to nTSecurityDescriptor for users, groups and OUs,
6. When selecting scope select source & target

Note: It is advisable to skip the security descriptors using the GUI (QMM interface). Skipping this attribute using a script (xml file) could cause unpredictable results.

Important: Ensure you understand what the nTSecurityDescriptor is used for, and that often this does not negatively affect the migration (if these source permissions are not needed in target domain).
