I'm not able to enable Active Session History tab on Spotlight. I've made changes to "DataBasesLicensedForDiagnosticsPack" by uncommenting the line for "MyDatabase.SoO" and restarted the console, but it still does not work. We are licensed for Diagnostic Pack for all our Oracle databases.
"MyDatabase.SoO" is just an example. You need to add a line for your connection profile, e.g. if your connection profile is called "testdb01", you need to add a line called "testdb01.SoO".
