Description

When attempting to connect to O365 and attempting to list the mailboxes Recovery Manager for Exchange (RME) throws exception error:

"Exception of type ‘System.OutOfMemoryException’ was thrown"
Resolution

For 5.6 and above add the following registry keys on the Recovery Manager for Exchange server:
If running a Dell branded version:
32bit server go to [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Dell\Recovery Manager for Exchange] Create a new String Value called UseOffice365Paging and set it to True
64bit server go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Dell\Recovery Manager for Exchange Create a new string Value called UseOffice365Paging and set it to True
If running a Quest branded version:
32bit server go to [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Quest\Recovery Manager for Exchange] Create a new String Value called UseOffice365Paging and set it to True
64bit server go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Quest\Recovery Manager for Exchange Create a new string Value called UseOffice365Paging and set it to True
