Public Folder reports show no data (4260150)

Even after running a Default Public Folder Gathering reports such as:

Public Folders / Root Summary
Public Folders / Folder Details
Public Folders / Folder Permissions

Show no data

When running Public Folder Gatherings the Connection server should be a server containing a Public Folder store

In MessageStats the Connection Server in the MessageStats console has to be changed to a server containing Public Folders:

In MessageStats 6.1.1 and later the connection server can be configured also by task and not necessarily at Organization level. In this case perform the following:

- Launch the MessageStats 6.x console
- Expand the tasks node
- Select the task that has been setup for Public Folder Gathering
- Right click on it | Properties
- Click Next until the Gathering Server dialogue box is displayed
- Clear the 'Use Default Configuration' check box and from the drop down menu select a server containing Public Folders
- Click Next
- On the Public Folder MAPI dialogue box, Clear the 'Use Default Configuration' check box and from the drop down menu select a server containing Public Folders.
- Click Next and Finish
- Run the specific Public Folder gathering

When creating a new task for Public Folder Gatherings the same steps as above can be followed to specify the non-default Connection Server
