Removals of objects from groups are sometimes not synchronized from source to target domain (4260041)

A user is removed from the group and then a migration session is performed or full resynchronization is initiated. both user and a group are within the scope of synchronization. Will such removal synchronize to the target domain?

Migration session and a full resynchronization will not synchronize member removals, because in both of these cases the previous state of the group is not known, for example if there is a group with 5 members in it and migration or resync is done, only these 5 members will be handled, even if there were 7 or 8 members in this group before. Group membership removal will only synchronize in a delta sync cycle, where Directory Synchronization Agent keeps a cache of the group state and knows the difference between the previous group membership and the current one.

This behavior is by design.
