Resolution
1. Back up profiles
In the Manager navigate to the User and/or Computer Management Tab.- To export all profiles at once highlight the word "Profiles", right-click, and select "Export".
This will open a download window. Select the "Save File" radio button and then click "OK".
- To export profiles individually highlight the profile to be exported, right-click, and select "Export".
This will open a download window. Select the "Save File" radio button and then click "OK".
NOTE: Backing up profiles on versions 8.x and older each individual profile needs to be exported. Sub/Child profiles are not exported when exporting a parent profile. On version 9.x and above all child profiles are exported when exporting a parent profile.
2. Back up databasesBackup the DAConfiguration and DAReporting databases.
