When Gathering from Microsoft Lync pool, gathering tasks fail with the following error:
This can happen if the MessageStats service account does not have the CSViewOnlyAdministrator RBAC role assigned. Without the RBAC access the powershell cmdlets used during the gathering process are not available when the remote powershell session is established.
Add the MessageStats service account to the "CS View-Only Administrators" group in Active Directory, and rerun the gathering.
