Error starting web services after upgrading Shareplex Manager (4256574)

Shareplex web services starts and stops and the web-services log has the following error:

java.lang.NoSuchMethodError: serviceStart

java.lang.NoSuchMethodError: serviceStart

Shareplex service is unable to start up.

1) Check windows services to ensure SharePlexManager is still available.

2) Verify this file exists C:\Quest_Software\SharePlex_Manager\Webservices\bin\spm-service-wrapper-1.0.jar

3) Remove and then add SharePlexManager service

C:\Quest_Software\SharePlex_Manager\Webservices\bin\service.bat remove

C:\Quest_Software\SharePlex_Manager\Webservices\bin\service.bat install

NOTE: After install of the SharePlexManager windows service, the startup type may not be automatic; have the customer manually change to automatic.
