Hitachi Storage Agent cannot collect metrics from Tuning Manager - Caused by: jcifs.smb.SmbException: Failed to connect (4255261)

Hitachi Storage Agent unable to start TM Tuning Manager data collection due to SMB Connectivity failure.

Below error is logged in agent log:

ERROR   [Collections[5]-0] com.dell.foglight.storage.collector.hdccservice.CollectorTask - Could not connect to command line

com.dell.foglight.storage.collector.RwshConnectionException: Cannot connect to 'xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx' using 'DOMAIN\USER' username

       ....
Caused by: jcifs.smb.SmbException: Failed to connect: 0.0.0.0<00>/xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx jcifs.util.transport.TransportException
java.net.SocketException: Connection reset

SMB connectivity issue

Please verify on monitored (target) Tuning Manager server:

- SMBv1 is enabled 

- port 445 is not blocked or used by some other process
