Initial Synchronization hangs and the error "Error 0xe100003d. Can't write to Event Log." appears in the DSA.LOG file
Some DLL's associated with the DSA (Directory Synchronization Agent) are not registered.
A repair of the DSA agent will resolve the issue.
From the Migration Manager Console,
-Click Tools > Agent Manager,
-Right Click the DSA server name and Click Install
-From here you will be presented with 3 options, click the Repair radial button
-Click Next, and again at the next screen to begin the repair
-Click Finish, and close Agent Manager
