One or more mailboxes are not getting populated with data by the Mail Target Agent (MTA). When reviewing the log an error similar to the following is found:

Mailbox was deleted, but not purged and the agent fails trying to recreate the mailbox with the same name.
To resolve the problem start Exchange System Manager, do Purge the deleted mailbox and then run Cleanup Agent on the store where the problem mailbox is located. This will allow the agent to recreate it successfully and fill it with data.
If the same error is seen in the Mail Source Agent log on a remote users (OST) collection, this could be due to the corruption of the source mailbox store. In this case perform offline maintenance on the source store to fix the errors before purging the mailbox and running the cleanup agent.
