Resolution:
The data for the DellFileLogMonitor agent is in the LogMonitorModel. A component can be added that is based on a rule that includes the groups from the LogMonitorModel so that the alarms from the "Record Severity" rule are associated with the component.

1). Click the green Add button next to the service and select "Add Components to this service".

2). Click the "Create a rule to include a group of components". Please see page 1 of the attached document (KB_130572_service_logmonitor_rule.pdf).

3). Create the rule from the "Create a rule to include a group of components" window. Please see page 2 of the attached document (KB_130572_service_logmonitor_rule.pdf).

a). Expand "Service | LogMonitorModel" and select the "groups" radio button.
b). Give the rule a name.
c). Click the test button.
d). Click the "Create" button.

4). If there are "Record Severity" alarms associated with the DellFileLogMonitor agents they should be associated with the newly added component and the service. The "Record Severity" rule should be listed under the Alarm Filter. Please see pages 4 and 5 of the attached document (KB_130572_service_logmonitor_rule.pdf).
