Sometimes, synchronization is not working as expected. For example, user in the dirsync scope is not being processed, even when located in selected OU and matching all Filter parameters. Or the opposite, user was moved out of selected OU, but keeps being synced.
Forcing full re-sync may, or may not rectify the situation
To resolve this issue, DSA cache need to be deleted, as per the following procedure:
Note: this will force a full re-synchronization for all domain pairs served by particular DSA and may take long time.
