The Tree View of Reports is missing from the Left side of the MessageStats Reports Website

Cause
The Directory Tree pane may be hidden in the console.

Resolution
WorkAround 1:
In the Tool bar there is a little white arrow icon to the Left of the "Home" icon. When you hover the mouse over this arrow the tool tip "Show the directory tree." Will be displayed. Click this Icon to display the directory Tree
WorkAround 2:
Alternatively the directory tree pane may have been dragged to the left so that it is no longer visible. If the "Show directory tree" arrow icon does not display in the tool bar, Hover your mouse along the left and margin of the reports website. When it changes to a double headed arrow, click and drag your mouse right to display the directory tree pane.
