Why is the information, such as Last Logon Date and Last Logged on By, displayed in modified report based on Inventory - Mailboxes report different from that displayed with native Microsoft tools, such as Exchange System Manager or Powershell?

Cause
The information displayed in all reports, apart from the Office Communicator Presence, are not real-time but are based on the last successful gathering performed by MessageStats whereas the native tools mentioned above report the values in real-time.

WORKAROUND
For real time information of these values use the native Microsoft tools
