Is there a rule or alarm that notifies if an Oracle user is reaching the max quota on a specific tablespace?
Description
Is there a rule/alarm that notifies if an Oracle user is reaching the max quota on a specific tablespace?
It seems there is an alarm if a tablespace is reaching the defined size, but not if a specific user reaching its defined quota.
Cause
Currently there is no rule/alarm to notify if a user reached its quota.
Resolution
A user defined collection can be created to collect the needed metrics. Based on the metrics a custom rule can created. The SQL statement to get the needed metric could be this one:
Foglight for Databases
6.1.0, 6.0.0, 5.9.7, 5.9.5, 5.9.4, 5.9.3, 5.9.2
