Description
When attempting to restore from NetVault to Recovery Manager for Exchange in Emulation mode the restore job fails showing the following error in the NetVault console: failed to get database list from target server

Cause
This error can occur if the current version of the NetVault Client and APM for Exchange are not installed on the Recovery Manager for Exchange Server -
Resolution
Workaround:
Upgrade the NetVault Client and APM on the Recovery Manager for Exchange Server to the Same version of NetVault that is running on the Backup Server.
