Description
After configuring the Database Agent for SQL Server (DBSS agent), CPU and Memory utilization displayed for a moment then disappeared. The database dashboard now only shows the database information without OS metrics. The agent log shows the following:

Resolution
RESOLUTION 1
Go to the database dashboard | Settings | Administration | Connection Details | Click Validate Connectivity. See if there are errors. If there are, resolve the connectivity issues depending on the error generated.
RESOLUTION 2
Refer to Configuring Windows Management Instrumentation (WMI) and ensure that the Windows machine is correctly configured for remote monitoring.
RESOLUTION 3
Restart the remote server where the WMI query is run.
