sAMAccountName is not changed when using import file to rename during migration -
Description
When using the import file to change the sAMAccountName (Logon Name (pre-Windows 2000)) during the migration, the sAMAccountName is not changing while the Import file format confirmed to be correct. This issue happens if Directory Synchronization is turned on.

Cause
Source sAMAccountName is copied during synchronization job and overwrites the changes in Target. This behavior is by design.

Resolution
Resolution 1:
Before migration, stop the Directory Synchronization.
Resolution 2:
Skip the sAMAccoutName attribute from the Directory Synchronization and perform the migration job after that.
