Description
Error received when attempting a scheduled gather from a Linux machine using the agent:
"Failed to collect event log. ADC Error: Most likely the gathering job was not scheduled or event caching was not fully activated." -
Cause
This error occur if the SELunix is not set to disable.

Resolution
Workaround:
Navigate to etc/selinux and edit the config file and change the value of SELunix to disabled.
