Cause:
ERROR: Read lock on completed transaction
---At the same time the workload metric on the database dashboard is not being displayed.

Resolution
Restart of the Foglight Agent Manager (FglAM) solved the issue:
- Connct to the Foglight UI and stop the Performance Investigator (PI) agents via "Administration | Agents | Agent Status" dashboard
- Log on the PI machine and go to $FGLAM_HOME/bin folder
- Stop the FglAM by running the command ./fglam -q
- Make sure that all PI processes stopped (ibengine, postgres, dataprocessors and/or bhloader). If they are still there after the FglAM was stopped, run the infobrigth-stop script - see solution 232387, step 7 -11.
- Now restart the FglAM by running the command ./fglam -d
- Once the FglAM is up and running again and reconnected to the Foglight server, restart the PI agents which we stopped in step 1.
Wait few minutes, so that the database agents can trigger all its collections again and check then if PI data is being displayed again.
