The alarm URL from an alarm email does not work, it is pointing to the wrong high availability (HA) server. In the URL contains the standby server and not the primary server.
It seems the redirect to the primary HA server is failing.
If the standby HA server is stopped the redirect does not work. There is no service/process which can accept the http request and provide the needed redirect information.
To get the redirect working again, please startup the standby HA server.
If the standby server cannot be started, the registry variable CATALYST_URL needs to be changed.
Once the standby server is back online again, the variable does NOT need to be changed again.
The variable is set during Foglight installation and will take the hostname or IP from the server which has been confirgured first in the HA environment.
