No dropdown list adding/modifying constraint when "Edit cell on single-click" is unchecked
Description

When the option "Edit cell on single-click" (under Environment | Grid in options) is not selected, adding/modifying a table constraint does not work correctly. There is no drop-down for the Type field.
Resolution

WORKAROUND:
None

STATUS:
Waiting for fix to be released in a future version of Toad for SQL Server.
