Getting the following error when I try and compile a PL/SQL package:
Unable to access ALL_ERRORS
ORA-12571: TNS:packet writer failure

Cause
Using an Oracle client that is not supported.

Resolution
Update to a client that is supported by Toad for Oracle. Check the release notes from Support Portal for the system requirments:

Additional Information
ORA-12571 may also show when navigating to the schema browser. When an Oracle client is not supported, data within a table maybe garbled or masked. Check from SQL*PLUS to validate.
