$SP_SYS_VARDIR/data/statusdb.lck - Access is denied during ora_cleansp.
Cause

Shareplex was not shutdown prior to running ora_cleansp.
Resolution

1. Shutdown Shareplex
2. Rerun the ora_cleansp
