Parameters passed via fglcmd.properties are not being picked up by fglcmd -
Description
Although properties are defined in the fglcmd.properties file, they are not being passed when running fglcmd -
Cause
The fglcmd.properties file was created in the /bin directory.
Although fglcmd.sh/fglcmd.bat is located within $FGL_HOME/bin, the fglcmd.properties file should be within the home directory for the user running fglcmd.

Resolution
Move the file from $FGL_HOME/bin to the user's home directory.
