Files are not alphabetized when using the "Load from file" button or File | Open option in the Ed -
Description
In SQL Editor, when I use the "Load from file" button or File menu, Open option, the list of files in the Open dialog are NOT alphabetized. Even when I change the file list view to Details, click the Name column heading (to manually alphabetize the list), the next time I use the button or File | Open, the list is not alphabetized again. How do I get the list to remain alphabetized?

Cause
Windows settings is not configured to list files in alphabetical order within its folders.

Resolution
1) Open up a folder in Windows.
2) Order the files so they are in alphabetical order.
3) Set the Windows view properties to all folders (Tools | Folder Options | View tab | Apply to All Folders button)
