How to remove a dropped db2 database from Foglight monitoring -
Description
Foglight was monitoring a db2 instance with four databases. Two of the databases have been dropped but Foglight is still trying to collect data for the two dropped databases. -
Resolution
You can exclude the two dropped databases via Agent Administration and restart the agent afterwards.
To do this from Foglight UI go to:
1. Database Dashboard |Select the instance in Question |Click on Agent settings |Administration
2. This will take you to Global Administration then go to:
3. Database Management |Manage databases
4. Exclude the databases you no longer wish to monitor
